A 9-month residency for young adults to know and speak the Word
…remembering that the Word is first a Person and then a book.
Logos Bible School exists to help 18 to 25 year olds experience Jesus for themselves, deepen their understanding of the Bible, and discover their role in the Great Commission.
Rooted in the Baptist tradition, it is a sacred space to form life-long friendships, discover your passion, and take ownership of your faith.
We step away for nine months so that we can step forward with clear direction and purpose.
We also work hard to make this opportunity available to all, regardless of their ability to pay.
We meet Jesus in five ways:
At Logos, we structure our lives around the spiritual disciplines. More than a season of accelerated growth, our students form habits that will sustain a lifelong walk with Jesus.
We believe that Scripture is authoritative, inerrant, sufficient, and the primary revelation of God. So we dedicate 15 hours a week to seminary-style Bible teaching in addition to small group times and bi-weekly assignments.
Most students come for the teaching but stay for the friendships. The real growth usually happens in the space between classes, as we see Christ alive and at work in each other.
Students choose one of three tracks—youth ministry, pastoral ministry, or missions—and serve alongside local churches in these areas on a weekly basis.
Jesus was a carpenter; Paul a tent-maker; David a shepherd. At Logos, “we work…in order not to be a burden to anyone while we preach the gospel.” In lieu of tuition, our students work 15 hours a week on campus to cover the cost of room, board, and staffing.
